Desmond Tay co-founded vCargo Cloud Pte Ltd (VCC) in 2009 and was appointed CEO in July 2016, where he drives VCC’s strategic growth and business development. His responsibilities also include synergising the operations of VCC with DeClout’s business strategy.

Allen Chan co-founded vCargo Cloud Pte Ltd (VCC) in 2009 and was appointed Deputy CEO/COO in July 2016, assisting the CEO in mapping out the strategies for the company and implementing processes and procedures to execute those strategies. He is also in charge of strategic projects, with particular focus in China.

Terence Tan joined vCargo Cloud Pte Ltd (VCC) as the Chief Technology Officer in 2015 and has been overseeing the company’s Technology related activities, including the design and architecture of the company’s core products. He strategizes and provides the direction to the IT function towards meeting the company’s growth.

Siva Gunesparan joined vCargo Cloud (VCC) in 2016 as the General Manager for Singapore. He is responsible to develop and drive strategic initiatives for the core business within Singapore to become the market leader in the trade facilitation sector, as well as working closely with the Sales and Operations team to ensure productivity and efficiency on a daily basis.

George Chan joined vCargo Cloud Pte Ltd (VCC) in 2015, was the main driving force in developing the Africa region, lay out strategies and ensure objectives are achieved. He was instrumental in setting up the operation in Africa, staff with locals to provide a more intimate relationship and responsive service with our customers.

Effie Jiang joined vCargo Cloud Pte Ltd (VCC) in 2017, as Director and General Manager for VCC China to expand the VCC footprint in great China.

K Sathasivam (Sivam) joined vCargo Cloud Pte Ltd (VCC) in September 2015 as a Business Development Director, driving VCC’s strategic growth and business development in the ASEAN and Central Asian regions. His other responsibilities include curriculum development and training in the areas of Trade Facilitation.

Viboon joined vCargo Cloud in 2016 as the Director of Product Development. He is responsible for the conceptualization, development direction, and roadmap of VCC’s software products. In addition, Viboon leads VCC’s consulting and presales team.

Bill Lay joined vCargo Cloud Pte Ltd (VCC) as the Principal Solutions Architect in 2016 and has been working with relevant stakeholders in formulating and standardizing software architectures for products and projects development. He provides guidance and work closely with the development teams to develop effective solutions and to streamline the development process.
