Allen Chan co-founded vCargo Cloud Pte Ltd (VCC) in 2009 and was appointed Deputy CEO/COO in July 2016, assisting the CEO in mapping out the strategies for the company and implementing processes and procedures to execute those strategies. He is also in charge of strategic projects, with particular focus in China.

Prior to founding VCC, Allen was the General Manager of Peremex Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of the Cavu group of company, in charge of growing and expanding the company’s refurbished hardware business globally. He was also Founder and Director of Marketing at Genii Incorporated Pte Ltd and Project Director at 3rd Frontier Pte Ltd.

Allen has years of experience in technical development, project management and marketing, as well as in leadership and management. Allen also has a keen interest in graphics design and UI/UX design.

Allen graduated from the National University of Singapore with Honours in Computer Science and Information System.
