Tan Tian Soo joined vCargo Cloud Pte Ltd (VCC) in 2018 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2019. He is responsible for the finance and accounting functions of all VCC’s entities, encompassing financial and statutory reporting, corporate and financial planning, treasury and tax. He oversees VCC’s financial health, develops and executes strategies through financial planning and management, and ensures that business decisions are financially sound.

Prior to joining VCC, Tian Soo was the Group Financial Controller of DeClout Group, driving all aspects of statutory reporting, group consolidation and group treasury. He was also with Neptune Orient Lines Limited and Hyflux Limited working on group reporting and consolidation. Tian Soo started his career as an auditor in KPMG.

He is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
