Viboon joined vCargo Cloud in 2016 as the Director of Product Development. He is responsible for the conceptualization, development direction, and roadmap of VCC’s software products. In addition, Viboon leads VCC’s consulting and presales team.

Viboon has 20 years of experience in the IT and software development industry, out of which 15 are in the trade and logistics, and trade facilitation domain. He has managed national level Single Window projects, as well as created software products related to cross-border trade. His teams have delivered pioneering products in the trade domain using technology such as mobile app, business intelligence (BI), and artificial intelligence (AI).

He was a speaker at international conferences related to trade facilitation. He had also conducted several trade facilitation consultancies throughout his career. At VCC, he is engaged by international organizations such as USAID and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to provide consultancy based on his technical expertise in the trade facilitation domain.

Viboon holds a MBA from National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Science (Computing Science) from Simon Fraser University, Canada.
